Who We Are

Decisive Research and Training Organization (DRTO) was founded in December 2023 and officially registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) as a company limited by guarantee. Its headquarters is at KKT Plaza, Room 101 Block B, in Arua City, Uganda. DRTO is an independent, non-partisan, and not-for-profit entity, established with the mission of addressing the complex socio-economic, cultural, and infrastructural challenges facing Uganda and the broader African continent. The organization plays a vital role in contributing to Uganda’s national development plans and the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
